Option 1: Username and Password
As a user of our online solutions, you have a personal username (email) and a password that must meet the following requirements:
Minimum six characters
Must contain letters and numbers
Option 2: Login via Single Sign-On (SSO)
An alternative login method is authentication via Microsoft Entra ID (your work account).
There are several advantages to this login mechanism:
Automatic enrollment of new users
You don’t have to manage a separate password for our solutions
As long as you are logged into Microsoft Entra ID, you will be automatically logged into our solutions
Options for two-factor authentication depending on what is required in your organization.
You may need to contact your system administrator to allow our services to be used with their SSO. In most cases, it is sufficient for the system administrator to log into one of our services and approve on behalf of the organization or click here to add the application under Enterprise applications.
